Quest and explorable difficulty notices

Would these be useful or immersion breaking? I prefer to provide as little extraneous and statistical information in the game-world as I can, as I think we're going more for story and immersion than a level-grinding paradise... but I don't want people stumbling into hard monsters they can't escape from. Has this happened to anyone?

Should quests be tagged with a level range?

Should you receive a notice of area difficulty on entering a dungeon?

Thoughts?
